General conditions

1. The Bapas site and the newsletter contain content about products containing alcohol. We inspire and inform our visitors and subscribers about quality beer in all its facets. It is by no means our intention to stimulate and promote irresponsible and excessive alcohol consumption. The content is only meant to allow people who are of legal age (in the country where you reside) to consume alcohol in order to enjoy beer and good food. You agree to this by accepting the terms and conditions.
2. Masterclasses, workshops and tastings (hereafter referred to as training(s))
   The customer can optionally subscribe via the website for any of the available trainings.
   
   In that case Bapas or a partner will send you a payment request by e-mail. The registration is only final upon receipt (by Bapas) of the full registration fee. Bapas or the educational partner will send you a confirmation of payment via e-mail.
   
   The payment of the registration fee must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the payment request, within 15 days of the sending of the aforementioned request, but no later than the date of the closing of the applicable registration period.
   
   Cancellation of the registration in a Bapas training is only possible in writing (by email or by letter) up to 7 working days before the start date of the training. After this date, the full registration fee is due. It is permitted to replace a registered participant by another person.
3. Intellectual Property
   The information offered on the Bapas site is protected and belongs to the intellectual property of Bapas. The information on the website, such as beerpairing cards, beer passports, recipes, videos, graphs, beerpairing wheels, downloads, etc. may not be downloaded from the website for commercial or promotional purposes. The information or any part of it may not be converted into another graphic format for promotional or commercial purposes. The acquired information may not be copied or used without prior permission from Bapas. The information may not be passed on to third parties for the purpose of having it exploited. If an infringement is established, Bapas has the right to claim damages of € 1500 per infringement. This compensation can be increased on the basis of the actual damage and the acquired income by the offender.
